MEDITATION is a technique for resting and witnessing the mind while attaining a state of consciousness that is different from our everyday waking state. It provides a space to examine the many aspects of ourselves, without judgment, and experience the inner center of consciousness, when the mind is relaxed, and inwardly focused. Participants get to experience their essential nature - peaceful bliss - outside of stress and worry! Meditation classes are open to all faiths and experience levels.
